Print services include brochures, logos, corporate identities, invitations, folders, posters, banners,
newsletters, stationery, cd/dvd/cassette/video layouts and more.

Services are available Monday - Friday to produce the quickest turnaround. Every proof is checked
for quality and accuracy and no job leaves without being inspected. The designer is involved with the
project from start to finish. The client is contacted every step of the way. No changes are made
without the approval, from the client. Our printers and Holly work as a team to ensure that your
project is completed professionally and with the fastest turnaround.

All orders are shipped via UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS (whichever the client prefers)

Office hours are from 9AM - 5:00PM (EST) but Holly is available anytime. Our terms and conditions
are that your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Holly has no litigation history.

After we receive your uploaded file(s), we will review each file. If we find
any problems, we'll contact you, otherwise you'll receive a PROOF of
your job to review.

RESOLUTION:
All file formats must have a minimum of 350 dpi (dot per inch) resolution.

Print images need to be created at 350 dpi or there will be a substantial
drop in the image quality.

COLOR MODE:
All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK
(cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode.

All black & white artworks and/or images must be provided in grayscale
color mode.

BLEED:
Please build your press-ready digital files by adding 0.1" dimension for
business cards, postcards, rackcards, and add 0.125" for all other
layouts.
